Joins the List Among Notable Global Powerhouses
Fast Company today announced its fifth annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list, honoring organizations and businesses that demonstrate an inspiring commitment to encourage and develop innovation at all levels. Jazwares came in at Number 44, for its commitment to encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires all its employees to come up with game-changing ideas. To help foster innovation, Jazwares hosts internal opportunities for employees to submit ideas for new products, and then have their ideas reviewed by executive leadership. Hundreds of ideas have been submitted from every area of the organization, including departments not linked directly to product design. This approach has not only inspired employees to think about new product ideas but has also let each and every employee know that their contributions matter and that what they bring to the table is truly special and appreciated. Developed in collaboration with Accenture, the 2023 Best Workplaces for Innovators ranks 100 winners from a variety of industries, including entertainment, biotech, consumer packaged goods, marketing, education, healthcare, and many more. Fast Company editors and Accenture researchers collaborated together to score nearly 1,000 submissions, and a panel of eight distinguished judges reviewed and endorsed the top 100 companies. The 2023 awards feature workplaces from around the world.
